Oshrit Dinur Managing Partner
Ms. Dinur has over 15 years of accounting, financial and strategic experience as CFO and as head of financial departments. She has extensive knowledge and experience in developing and managing accounting and financial operations, budget controls, the M&A process, tax and other governmental authorities’ negotiations, bank and cash flow handling, financing solutions, operational strategy and supervision, legal and human resources, ERP system implementation and management, and the financial management of multinational Israeli-affiliated companies.
Oshrit’s extensive CFO experience covers several industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology and services. She has worked for several companies including Ingram Micro Israel, Dimex Systems, Infobar, Business Intelligence Associates (Israel), Medisafe, and others. As CFO advisor, she has escorted companies through M&A processes, from negotiation, through due diligence to final implementation of the new structure. While in the US, she was responsible for controller and auditing services at an American CPA firm, and operated as an advisor to Israeli companies who have subsidiaries in the United States. Oshrit started her career as the head of the audit section in the Technological and Logistics Division of the IDF, followed by a senior audit manager position at CCR CPA firm.
Ms. Dinur is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. She holds a BA in Accounting and Economic Studies from Bar Ilan University and an MBA in Finance.
Sari Moreshet
Managing Partner
A seasoned executive with over 17 years of management, finance, business development and strategic consulting experience.
Sari served over 7 years as a deputy CEO and VP business development of Amadeus Israel, part of the Amadeus IT Group, a leader in technology for the tourism market with 217 branches, about 10,000 employees and 3 billion euro in annual revenues. Sari managed the Israeli subsidiary, together with the CEO with responsibility for sales, marketing, business strategy, customer service, human resources, operations and finance.
Sari also served as VP of finance and operations at Formula Travel, part of Formula Group, and had overall responsibility for the finance department and managing the company's operations both in Israel and in Thailand.
Sari has a vast experience in financial and business management in international corporations, especially in cash flow, bank relationship, budget control, investment capital, collection improvement, M&A, strategic analysis, contracts, and partnerships.
Ms. Moreshet holds a BA degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree (cum laude).

VP Dextra
Ms. Primes brings an extensive background in financial, operational and strategic management to Dextra, acquired in varied financial roles in which she has served in start up and technology companies.
Prior to Dextra, Ms. Primes was CFO of several companies, including: Spectrum Dynamics, a medical devices company, Trivnet, a provider of mobile payment, Celltick Technologies, Interwise. As CFO, she managed corporate financial resources, led all fundraising efforts, directed ongoing corporate financial, legal and administrative areas, including corporate forecasts, budgets, cash flow management, and supported corporate strategy and operations.
Earlier she served as the Corporate Finance manager at Amdocs where she was responsible for the financial aspects of the IPO process, SEC reporting and Consolidated Group Financial Statements according to GAAP and SEC regulations. Idite began her career with KPMG Peat Marwick (US) as an auditor and consultant, specializing in taking companies public and performing SEC work.
As part of her pro bono work, Ms. Primes is a business mentor for Israel Venture Network (IVN). IVN is a venture philanthropy network of entrepreneurs, executives, philanthropists and VCs aiming to strengthen business communities, educational and social leadership in Israel.
Ms. Primes holds a Masters in Accounting Information Systems and a Bachelors of Science from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed CPA (USA).
